Newbee Meadery Limited trading as Newbee Meadery supports the responsible sale, supply and consumption of alcohol.

We sell alcohol by remote online sale only. Customers must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcohol from this website, and the person receiving the order must also be 18 years of age or over.

We will not knowingly sell, supply or deliver alcohol to:

• any person under 18 years of age;
• any person who appears intoxicated;
• any person where age verification cannot be completed when required;
• any person where supply would breach the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 or any licence condition.

Delivery may require approved photo identification. Accepted forms of ID may include a New Zealand driver licence, passport, Kiwi Access Card, or another legally accepted evidence of age document.

Alcohol will not be delivered after 11:00 pm or before 6:00 am. Alcohol will also not be delivered or dispatched from the licensed premises on Good Friday, Christmas Day, before 1:00 pm on Anzac Day, or on Easter Sunday, unless permitted by law or licence conditions.

Newbee Meadery Limited may refuse, cancel, refund or partially refund any order where age verification cannot be completed, where the receiver appears under 18 or intoxicated, or where delivery would otherwise be unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with responsible alcohol supply.
